Not all cherry trees bloom at the same time. There are early bloomers which start with the Yoshina Cherry (the very light pink fluffy variety). These bloom in the first to second week of APRIL and the deep pink 'Pendula Rosea', and pure white Prunus 'Umineko' (pictured in these photos) bloom in the latter part of the month.
